🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and document SOPs for utility research and outreach
• Oversee daily execution and troubleshoot complex requests
• Partner with team leads to manage workload and priorities
• Evolve task assignment and tracking systems for scale

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in utility engineering, civil engineering, or GIS
• Familiarity with utility systems (water, sewer, electric, etc.)
• Strong operational mindset and ability to create clear documentation
• Experience with data-driven decision making

• Experience with GIS tools (ArcGIS, QGIS)
• Exposure to SQL, data workflows, or Retool
