🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute sales strategy to meet territorial revenue targets
• Hire, onboard, and mentor inside sales representatives
• Conduct regular one-on-ones and performance reviews
• Provide accurate quarterly sales forecasts via CRM

📋 Requirements

• B2B sales experience in high-tech products/services
• People management experience in a sales team
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
• Advanced English proficiency
