You'll plan and control production at our Washington Court House, OH facility to ensure efficient, on-time, and safe output. You'll directly supervise production workers to meet DIS-TRAN standards. This role offers growth opportunities within a supportive company culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise and coordinate production workers' daily activities
• Ensure goods are produced efficiently, on time, and within budget
• Maintain safety standards and company quality requirements

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3-5 years of supervisory production experience
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
• Project management experience
