💼 About This Role

You'll lead Wing's end-to-end recruitment engine, responsible for hiring 100s of virtual assistants per month while building new online and in-person channels to expand the talent pipeline. This is a hands-on leadership role combining operational management of a 20+ person team with strategic innovation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a team of 22+ recruiters across sourcing, screening, and onboarding
• Own monthly hiring targets of 200+ virtual assistants, ensuring pipeline flow and quality
• Design and optimize recruitment workflows, SLAs, and KPIs across the hiring funnel
• Manage recruitment budgets, job board spend, and cost-per-hire metrics

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruitment experience with at least 2 years in a management role
• Proven experience in high-volume hiring (100+ hires/month) in BPO or staffing
• Strong track record of building and scaling recruitment channels beyond job boards
• Hands-on experience with social media recruitment and digital marketing for talent acquisition
