You'll own the enablement strategy for our support organization, covering onboarding and ongoing training. You'll ensure specialists ramp quickly and continuously develop as the product evolves. You'll shape enablement programs guided by QA insights and partner with Product to stay ahead of releases.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Co-own the enablement roadmap covering onboarding and ongoing training.
  • Guide Enablement and QA Specialists on direction and feedback.
  • Design and oversee structured onboarding program with ramp metrics.
  • Translate product releases into digestible learning content.
  • Maintain library of enablement resources and track effectiveness.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in support enablement in a technical SaaS product environment.
  • Experience mentoring others in a senior IC capacity.
  • Ability to own an enablement strategy end-to-end.
  • Strong instructional design instincts.
