💼 About This Role

You'll lead and manage all aspects of Boomi's global corporate tax function, including compliance, planning, and strategy. You'll partner with executive leadership to support M&A and international expansion. This role offers the opportunity to shape tax strategy at a fast-growing SaaS company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead global tax compliance, planning, and forecasting
• Manage quarterly and annual tax provisions and disclosures
• Advise on tax implications of M&A and strategic initiatives
• Oversee tax technology systems and internal controls

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• CPA license or Master's degree in Taxation
• 15+ years combined public accounting and industry tax experience
• 10+ years minimum tax experience with international exposure
