Description

You will provide onsite technical services for Mission Critical Cooling Systems, including installation, startup, commissioning, and maintenance. You will troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems and ensure customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in IT hardware
• 3+ years field service or technical support experience
• Experience with electro-mechanical equipment, servos, sensors, actuators
• Ability to read electrical schematics and work with 200-440V equipment
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver installation, startup, and commissioning support for cooling systems
• Perform remedial and preventative maintenance services
• Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical equipment
• Respond to service requests within SLA timeframes
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to knowledge articles
