🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a diverse litigation docket including personal injury and cargo claims.
• Conduct risk analysis and develop litigation strategies with stakeholders.
• Oversee discovery processes, document collection, and litigation holds.
• Coordinate with HR and outside counsel on employment disputes and compliance.

📋 Requirements

• J.D. from recognized U.S. law school
• Licensed to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction, preferably Texas or Illinois
• 2-3 years of litigation experience in personal injury, cargo claims, commercial disputes, or employment matters
• Located in Austin, TX or another company office
