Description
As the primary point of contact for strategic partners, you will build strong relationships, drive engagement through webinars and enablement sessions, generate leads, and collaborate with partner teams to drive mutual growth and achieve ARR targets.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in customer-facing SaaS roles (Sales, BD, or Account Management)
- Experience working with partners
- Strong public speaking, training, and coaching skills
- Independent, self-sustained with growth mindset and initiative
- Willingness to travel frequently for business trips
Responsibilities
- Act as primary point of contact for assigned partners, building relationships
- Drive partner engagement through webinars, enablement sessions, events, and on-site visits
- Generate and qualify new leads from partner networks
- Support partners with enablement to strengthen their ability to represent and sell Connecteam
- Collaborate with partner teams to identify growth opportunities and track KPIs
