💼 About This Role

You'll work across the entire product surface as a full-stack generalist, building an AI-powered health platform. You'll own features end-to-end from ideation to deployment, directly impacting millions of members. Join a lean 0-to-1 crew inside Alan, Europe's fastest-growing unicorn.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build the AI layer that generates personalized health insights and action plans.
• Develop data pipelines and integrations with lab partners and wearable APIs.
• Ship the React Native app and shape the member-facing mobile experience.
• Build connectors to the Alan ecosystem (teleconsultation, specialist referrals, etc.).

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience as a full-stack engineer building production systems.
• Expertise in Python/Flask, TypeScript, React, and React Native.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced 0-to-1 environment with end-to-end ownership.
