You'll lead the architecture and development of high-performance backend services at Palantir, a company building software for data-driven decisions across critical industries. Your work will directly enable customers to solve lifesaving problems like developing drugs and forecasting supply chains. You'll collaborate with small, autonomous teams and have unique opportunities like the Frontline program to embed with customers and gain firsthand insight into their challenges.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead architecture and development of scalable backend services
• Build robust APIs for front-end and external systems
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on user workflows

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years experience with live backend systems
• Deep understanding of data structures, system architecture, and distributed systems
• Engineering background in Computer Science or related field
• Strong coding skills in Java, C++, Python, or Rust

• Experience with Kafka, Cassandra, or Spark
