• Leads functional design and requirements management for the project.

• Documents business processes and maps workflow logic.
• Collaborates with developers and testers during sprints to validate configuration.

📋 Requirements

• Experience refining and updating backlog items with Jira using Agile methodologies.
• Experience conducting interviews to identify user needs and translating them into functional requirements or user stories.
• Experience analyzing workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Must have work authorization that does not require visa sponsorship.
