Description

You will develop and maintain enterprise-wide compliance frameworks for Akaysha Energy, supporting global operations across battery energy storage projects. Partnering with legal and compliance teams, you will drive compliance programs, manage regulatory obligations, and lead audit and assurance activities.

Requirements

• Experience in development and implementation of compliance framework design.
• Ability to identify compliance risks, evaluate controls, and apply mitigation strategies.
• Effective collaboration across diverse teams, conveying regulatory requirements clearly.
• Proven analytical skills in managing compliance systems, generating reports, maintaining breach logs.
• Experience in infrastructure, energy, or other capital-intensive projects with regulatory exposure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain compliance frameworks and policies for global non-energy regulations and BESS projects.
• Identify, interpret, and allocate regulatory obligations across the business.
• Assess compliance risks, evaluate and enhance controls, and implement scalable processes.
• Manage compliance systems, document obligations, maintain incident logs, and update frameworks.
• Lead compliance reviews, audits, assurance activities, and stakeholder engagement.
