You'll shape creative strategy as the analytical thought partner for the Creatives team, owning the data narrative across ideation, launch, and iteration of creative features. Your impact directly influences company top lines, ROAS, and advertiser retention by building durable frameworks for measuring creative impact. This role is a co-owner of the creative roadmap, not a support function.

  • Be a thought leader influencing which creative problems to solve
  • Establish a trusted framework for measuring creative impact
  • Enable PM/ENG to ship creative features with confidence via experiments
  • Build durable monitoring and diagnostics for creative performance

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
  • 8+ years of experience in data science, product analytics, or related field
  • Proven track record partnering with Product and Engineering to shape roadmaps
  • Ability to scope ambiguous problems and drive them to closure

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Graduate or PhD degree in a quantitative field with 10+ years of experience
  • Prior experience in ad tech, marketing science, or related domains
  • Hands-on experience with creative analytics (e.g., format benchmarking, asset-level performance analysis)
