You'll drive supply growth for Airbnb Luxe in assigned geographies, combining deep knowledge of luxury real estate with a consultative, relationship-first approach. You'll serve as the on-the-ground market expert, ensuring every home meets Luxe standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead net-new host and listing acquisition to meet quarterly supply goals
• Prospect and identify high-quality homes through external research and networking
• Manage a portfolio of Luxe hosts as primary point of contact
• Conduct regular business reviews and provide data-driven recommendations

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in sales, account management, or business development
• Proven track record of exceeding acquisition/revenue targets
• Experience working cross-functionally to drive results
• Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management

• Experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or real estate
• Arabic proficiency
• Ability to travel up to 50%
