🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Manage shipment receiving, processing, and sales floor replenishment
• Champion visual standards and maintain stockroom organization
• Oversee operations associates, including recruitment and development

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities with excellent decision-making
• High energy and self-motivation with a desire to achieve results
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
