You'll lead site start-up activities for clinical trials across LATAM, managing timelines, submissions, and cross-functional teams. You'll ensure timely activation of sites while mitigating risks and driving delivery. This role offers the chance to shape country-level start-up strategies and mentor team members in a global CRO environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage site start-up process from feasibility to activation
• Coordinate IRB/EC and MoH submissions and document approvals
• Develop critical path plans and risk mitigation strategies
• Lead client meetings and provide status reporting on start-up metrics

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or equivalent
• 5+ years in site start-up or clinical operations in CRO/pharma
• 2+ years project milestone management experience
• Fluency in English and Spanish (local language)
