As a Principal GTM Operations Analyst at MongoDB, you will act as a senior thought partner to GTM leadership, owning complex cross-functional initiatives that improve operational efficiency. You'll drive data-informed decision making and scale global customer lifecycle processes. This role offers the opportunity to influence senior stakeholders across a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with senior leaders to design and scale customer lifecycle processes.
• Own global operational process strategy and continuous improvement.
• Translate business problems into technical requirements for CRM Engineering.
• Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate GTM initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional programs from definition to execution.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or related field.
• Proven track record designing and scaling GTM processes globally.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with senior stakeholders.
• Deep experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
