Requirements

• 10+ years experience in income tax for real estate businesses
• Solid U.S. tax knowledge; international tax knowledge a plus
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficient in Excel; work independently and as a team player
• Experience working under pressure to meet deadlines

• Advise on real estate tax affairs and strategic tax planning
• Handle VAT, property taxes, and transfer pricing implications
• Navigate international tax environment related to offshore real estate income
