Description

You will lead Nextdoor's investor relations strategy, shape the equity narrative, manage relationships with investors and analysts, and drive corporate development initiatives including acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic investments. You'll partner closely with the CFO and CEO to optimize long-term shareholder value.

Requirements

• 12-15+ years in Investor Relations, investment banking, equity research, corporate strategy, private equity, or corporate development
• Direct senior IR experience at a publicly traded company
• Strong understanding of consumer internet, digital advertising, marketplace, or platform business models
• Exceptional financial modeling and valuation skills
• Executive presence and ability to engage with sophisticated public market investors

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of investor relations strategy and execution
• Shape and articulate a clear, differentiated long-term equity narrative
• Prepare and guide senior leadership for earnings calls, conferences, roadshows
• Develop strong relationships with investors, analysts, and market stakeholders
• Identify and evaluate strategic growth opportunities (acquisitions, partnerships, investments)
