You'll serve as a hands-on technical contributor and quality leader in the Product Engineering team at Cyara, designing automated testing solutions and mentoring SDETs/QA engineers. You'll drive quality strategy and continuous improvement across teams to ensure high-quality product delivery. This role combines technical expertise with leadership in a hybrid work environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop automated test frameworks and tools
• Lead and mentor SDET/QA engineers
• Drive quality strategy and standards across teams
• Enforce CI/CD quality gates and perform root cause analysis

📋 Requirements

• 5-8+ years in quality engineering for web applications
• Experience with .NET and OOP (C#, C++, JavaScript)
• Experience with automation tools (Cypress, Selenium, Jest, NUnit, Mocha)
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Buildkite or TeamCity

✨ Nice to Have

• Performance testing tools (JMeter, k6)
• Accessibility testing tools (Axe, Applitools)
• Cloud exposure (AWS)
