🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate business problems into machine learning solutions
• Analyze data to find key insights impacting the business
• Develop machine learning models for recommendations
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B testing experiments

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience with 3+ years building large-scale recommender systems
• Experience shipping models to real-world applications
• Experience building and deploying online ML algorithms (e.g., contextual bandits)
• Proficient in Python with additional experience in Java, JavaScript, or C++

✨ Nice to Have

• 2+ years of applied research experience (including PhD work)
• Experience with LLMs, Semantic Search, and text embeddings (e.g., BERT)
