💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a founding clinical leader for Blackbird Health's new Frederick, MD clinic, delivering evidence-based therapy to children and families while helping shape the clinical culture. You'll carry a caseload and support the team as a collaborative resource in this hybrid role. This is a leadership opportunity in a mission-driven startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Launch the Frederick clinic as a founding clinical leader
• Deliver individual evidence-based therapy to patients ages 2–26
• Support clinical culture and serve as a resource for other clinicians
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on progress

📋 Requirements

• Independently licensed as LCSW-C, LCPC, or LCMFT in Maryland
• Minimum of 2 years experience providing individual therapy to children and adolescents
• Experience in a telehealth or virtual setting
• Willingness to work after 3pm ET and/or weekends
