Tech Stack

Description

You will own and evolve the entire HubSpot ecosystem across ShareGate and Workleap, driving system architecture, data governance, and revenue tech stack reliability. You'll lead CRM-related projects, mentor two junior administrators, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to implement scalable solutions and AI-enabled improvements.

Requirements

• Hands-on technical leadership role with HubSpot expertise
• Background in Revenue Operations or Systems
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Experience managing CRM reliability, performance, and integrations
• Strong ownership and project management skills
