Description

You will serve as lead trial counsel in high-stakes personal injury auto accident cases, mentor junior attorneys, and help build Johnson Law Group's California practice from the ground up. This role offers autonomy in your local practice while benefiting from the support of a larger organization.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in California in good standing
• Senior-level attorney with significant litigation experience and proven first-chair trial success in personal injury cases
• Demonstrated leadership experience as managing partner, firm owner, or senior trial attorney
• Established reputation in the California legal community

Responsibilities
