You'll lead the Webflow Analyze team, building analytics and conversion products for the world's leading AI-native Digital Experience Platform. You'll shape technical direction and grow engineers while spending 20-30% of your time hands-on in the codebase. This player-coach role has direct impact on enterprise-scale features that deliver actionable insights to customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a full-stack team building and scaling analytics products
• Drive roadmap planning and execution for key features
• Set technical direction and uphold high engineering standards
• Partner with cross-functional peers across Engineering, Product, and Design

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years managing a team in high growth environment
• 5+ years as technical IC, including senior or staff engineer
• Experience with TypeScript, React, Node.js, Mongo, and AWS
• Experience building or shipping AI-powered product features
