🎯 What You'll Do

• Stay current on AI tooling and introduce productivity improvements
• Collaborate with engineers to shape AI-assisted workflows
• Design and build AI agents for test generation and code review
• Improve local dev environments and reduce CI test pain

📋 Requirements

• Software engineering fundamentals and hands-on coding experience
• Experience building systems or tools other engineers rely on
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with Docker, local dev environments, and CI systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience designing or integrating AI agents or LLM-based tools
• Familiarity with automated testing and test performance issues
• AWS and Postgres experience
