💼 About This Role

You'll ensure GDPR compliance across business units as part of the Group Data Protection Team at a leading FinTech. You'll manage data subject requests, incidents, and audits while collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed privacy-by-design. You'll also support regulatory readiness for a company holding €80B in assets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage data subject access requests (Art. 15 GDPR) and other individual rights.
• Coordinate and document data protection incidents and breaches.
• Maintain and update Record of Processing Activities (RoPA).
• Support Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and Transfer Impact Assessments.

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Law, Business Administration, Compliance, or Information Security or equivalent experience.
• Experience in data protection operations, incident management, or privacy compliance.
• Understanding of GDPR and related regulatory frameworks.
• Fluent German skills (C1-C2) required.
