💼 About This Role

You'll partner with Product, Supply, and Analytics leaders across Airbnb's host ecosystem to drive impact assessment and inform product roadmap prioritization. You'll embed business context into product decision-making, ensuring teams optimize for both user experience and company impact. This role offers a chance to influence high-impact product decisions at a leading travel platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end impact tracking and analysis of product experiments
• Manage OKR definition, tracking, and executive reporting for Host Product
• Collaborate with Product to incorporate host feedback into roadmap planning
• Provide actionable financial insights through structured reporting and analytics
• Synthesize complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, product finance, consulting, or related fields
• Proven ability to partner with Product to drive measurable business outcomes
• Advanced SQL proficiency to independently extract and analyze data
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate data into decisions
