Description

In this customer-facing role, you will implement, configure, and deliver AI-driven and Conversational AI solutions across the NICE CXone ecosystem. You'll build integrations, configure platforms, and ensure high-quality project execution.

Requirements

• 8+ years professional experience, 1+ year in AI/Bot software applications preferred
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript; Python familiarity a plus
• Solid understanding of REST API integration patterns and modern authentication (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML)
• Strong understanding of conversational UX, AI interfaces, and prompt engineering
• Willingness to work in US shift (5 PM – 2 AM IST)

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy Conversational AI solutions
• Build and maintain integrations using APIs and modern web technologies
• Implement bot behaviors using conversational design and prompt engineering
• Develop proofs of concept and production-ready solution components
• Support testing, validation, and go-live activities
