You'll ensure system stability during peak sales events while mentoring engineers and driving operational excellence.

• Set technical strategy and define year-long roadmaps.
• Collaborate with product, design, and analytics on technical trade-offs.
• Own team operations, monitoring, and on-call processes.
• Foster code quality and design standards through reviews and talks.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years building backend systems at scale.
• Expertise with distributed systems using AWS, MySQL, Spark, and Kubernetes.
• Experience supporting large-scale sales events like Prime Day or Black Friday.
• Tuned autoscaling, CPU/memory, and multi-threading for compute workloads.
