You'll lead the evolution of digital workplace platforms at a large organization, designing scalable solutions for device management, automation, and monitoring. You'll drive innovation in endpoint experience and shape the future of digital tools. This role bridges engineering, reliability, security, and user experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead architecture of digital workplace platforms (software, hardware, SaaS, APIs)
• Define strategic roadmap for digital workplace platform domain
• Design platform capabilities using IaC, automation, and secure-by-design
• Lead adoption of SRE practices including observability and incident management

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in platform, systems, or end-user device engineering
• Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell, Python, or similar
• Experience with endpoint management platforms and IAM (SSO, MFA)
• Strong background in observability, monitoring, and performance tuning

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with VDI, virtualization, or remote desktop technologies
• Proficiency in IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible) and endpoint analytics platforms
• Experience with AIOps platforms and predictive support models
