Description

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you'll partner with Account Executives to land and expand enterprise customers across Australia and New Zealand. You'll guide technical discovery, deliver compelling demos, lead proof-of-value engagements, and help customers understand how LaunchDarkly enables safer, faster software delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Sales Engineering or Technical Pre-Sales in enterprise SaaS
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, feature flags, and infrastructure as code
• Proven ability to run technical demos, workshops, and proof-of-concept engagements
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, and microservices
• Programming experience in Java, Python, Go, Node.js, or .NET

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and develop technical account strategies
• Engage with engineering leaders and architects to understand software delivery challenges and design solutions
• Deliver high-impact product demonstrations and lead proof-of-value engagements
• Build strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders to create customer champions
• Stay current on DevOps, CI/CD, AI-driven development, and modern software architecture trends
