💼 About This Role

You'll lead the BRICK Road to Success program and oversee the school's Multi-tiered System of Supports to ensure every student has an adult guiding their goals. You'll coordinate resources, develop intervention plans, and manage a team to remove barriers to academic and social-emotional success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and lead the BRICK Road to Success program coordination
• Lead the BRtS team through problem-solving to develop SMART intervention plans
• Assign case navigators and schedule case review meetings
• Coordinate, oversee, and report on BRtS team performance

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in social work, education, or related field
• At least 3 years working in education or social services
• Case management experience required
• Knowledge of social emotional learning competencies and applied practices

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience coordinating mental or behavioral health services
• Experience implementing Tiered System of Supports, RTI, or PBIS
