- Manage full sales cycle from lead to contract
- Achieve conversion targets on qualified opportunities
- Translate client needs into tailored solutions
- Build and maintain high-quality pipeline aligned with ICP
๐ Requirements
- 2โ4+ years in B2B consultative sales
- Proven track record of closing deals
- Strong consultative selling skills
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English
