Description
You will be the operational backbone of Conga's marketing organization, owning the intake process, managing end-to-end timelines, and coordinating with external agencies. You'll work across Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Brand Creative, Events, Content, and Marketing Ops to keep projects on track and stakeholders aligned.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in marketing project management or related discipline
- B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with Jira for project tracking
- Familiarity with Marketo and Salesforce/SFDC
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own the marketing intake process, triaging and prioritizing requests
- Manage end-to-end project timelines, identifying risks and resolving blockers
- Maintain real-time visibility into marketing projects
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors
- Work cross-functionally across the full marketing org
