🎯 What You'll Do

• Support implementation and improvement of HR shared services processes
• Execute accurate and timely HR transactions and employee lifecycle activities
• Collaborate with vendors and HR technology teams on HRIS platforms
• Assist in managing HR programs like leave and absence management

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or 3+ years of relevant HR experience
• At least 2 years of experience in HR support or shared services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday experience is a plus)
