💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end equity administration for a high-growth distributed organization, ensuring data integrity and compliance. You will partner with Finance, Legal, and HR to support audits, financial reporting, and compensation planning. This role blends hands-on administration with process design in a fast-moving, ownership-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage equity grants, vesting, exercises, terminations, and cancellations.
• Maintain cap table accuracy and equity administration systems.
• Support audits, financial reporting, and corporate transactions.
• Assist with compensation planning cycles and job leveling.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in equity administration or compensation.
• Strong understanding of equity structures and cap tables.
• High attention to detail with focus on data accuracy and governance.
• Ability to build processes in ambiguous environments.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SEC reporting or regulatory disclosures.
• Certified Compensation Professional or equivalent certification.
• Global or multi-jurisdiction equity program experience.
