💼 About This Role

You'll support students with diverse needs in accessing general education curriculum at High Tech High. You'll work one-on-one or in small groups to provide instructional support and monitor student progress. This role is essential for maintaining low student-teacher ratios.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with instruction and supervision of students with learning differences
• Conduct tutorial activities with individuals or groups
• Monitor student progress and provide input for evaluations
• Administer and evaluate student placement testing

📋 Requirements

• 60 college credits completed
• Experience in a school or learning environment preferred
• Ability to build relationships and motivate students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
