You'll drive adoption, retention, and growth for strategic accounts in a high-impact role blending customer success and key account management. You'll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers realize measurable value from Geotab Vitality's solutions. This role also shapes scalable customer success processes and supports global growth.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage key account relationships and align product with business outcomes.
  • Drive onboarding, adoption, and engagement across customer accounts.
  • Monitor customer health and proactively manage retention risks.
  • Champion adoption within internal Geotab teams and optimize onboarding processes.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Program Management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
  • Strategic account management and customer adoption experience.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to track performance metrics.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS, telematics, or IoT environments.
  • Experience working within or influencing large organizations.
  • Process optimization and scalable framework development skills.
