You'll drive adoption, retention, and growth for strategic accounts in a high-impact role blending customer success and key account management. You'll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers realize measurable value from Geotab Vitality's solutions. This role also shapes scalable customer success processes and supports global growth.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage key account relationships and align product with business outcomes.
- Drive onboarding, adoption, and engagement across customer accounts.
- Monitor customer health and proactively manage retention risks.
- Champion adoption within internal Geotab teams and optimize onboarding processes.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Program Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
- Strategic account management and customer adoption experience.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to track performance metrics.

- Experience in SaaS, telematics, or IoT environments.
- Experience working within or influencing large organizations.
- Process optimization and scalable framework development skills.
