💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate and provide restorative occupational therapy services for seniors as part of an interdisciplinary team. You'll maximize participant independence and safety with lower patient volumes and long-term relationships. This role offers work-life balance and collaboration with multiple disciplines.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct occupational therapy assessments in facility or home
• Participate in IDT meetings to develop care plans
• Deliver and document interventions per care plans
• Provide exercise, muscle re-education, and ADL training

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy
• Valid California Occupational Therapy License or proof of eligibility
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire
• Two years' experience with frail or elderly population preferred

• Master's degree in occupational therapy
• Outpatient, acute, inpatient, or skilled nursing experience
• CPR and First Aid certification upon hire
