Description

You will oversee autonomous tractor operations, ensuring safety and efficiency. You'll sit in the tractor during remote operations, manually operate when needed, troubleshoot issues, and conduct assessments to optimize performance.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with tractor or heavy machinery experience
• Prior tractor maintenance experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus for extended periods
• Basic technical aptitude to troubleshoot mechanical/software issues
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure safety/efficiency of autonomous system during remote operations
• Sit in tractor as on-site point of contact for system management
• Conduct regular performance assessments and address inefficiencies
• Manually operate tractor when remote driving not feasible
• Communicate technical/operational issues to remote driver or support team
