💼 About This Role

You'll join Secfix's Go-To-Market team to drive SMB pipeline in the DACH region through high-volume outbound execution. You'll build net-new pipeline and hand over qualified opportunities to Account Executives. This is a performance-driven role with ownership from day one at a $12M Series A funded compliance automation leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own dedicated SMB territory in DACH region
• Build net-new pipeline through high-volume outbound outreach
• Execute multi-channel outreach: cold calling, email, LinkedIn
• Run discovery calls with prospects and hand off qualified leads

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years experience in fast-paced environment
• C2 German and strong English skills
• Completed commercial training or Bachelor's degree
• Comfortable with cold calling and rejection

✨ Nice to Have

• First experience in Business Development or Sales
• Exposure to B2B SaaS
• Familiarity with HubSpot or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
