Description
As a Lead in Partner Programs at Agoda, you will design, develop, and scale global programs, providing strategic planning and performance support to markets. You'll work with product and tech teams to automate processes and drive growth, while collaborating with cross-functional teams on high-impact projects.
Requirements
- Min 5+ years in consulting, international tech companies, or fast-growing startups
- Bachelor's degree from top university in quantitative, finance, or engineering field
- Fluent English communication
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proven track record in project management, data analysis, and business planning
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from idea to global rollout, setting milestones and measuring performance
- Develop go-to-market strategies including pilot testing and rollout plans
- Align objectives with finance, legal, product, marketing, and partner services
- Write SQL queries, build dashboards, and interpret data for actionable solutions
- Support local country teams to grow portfolio size and provide actionable insights
