- Manage day-to-day office operations and supplier relationships
- Handle administrative tasks like meeting rooms, mail, and passes
- Support onboarding and coordinate company events and offsites
- Oversee office budget, procurement, and vendor negotiations
- Ensure health & safety compliance and maintain records
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years experience in office/facilities/administration
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and forward-thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
