You'll partner with Engineering Leads to drive key infrastructure initiatives across Cloud Platform, DevOps, and Security. You'll own program execution and drive planning, delivery, and strategic programs for our Infrastructure organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Engineering Leads to drive infrastructure initiatives
• Improve delivery processes and cross-team coordination
• Apply Agile methodologies at team and scaled levels
• Drive quarterly and annual planning for infrastructure teams

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in a TPM role
• 3+ years supporting infrastructure or platform teams in SaaS
• Strong Jira aptitude
• Experience leading cross-functional programs from idea to completion

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with engineering management platforms like Jellyfish
• Technical aptitude to understand high-level architecture
• Experience in a high-growth environment
