You'll partner with hiring managers across Sales, Product, and Operations to hit headcount targets and improve candidate experience. This role is strategic for someone excited to wear many hats and shape foundational people frameworks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage scheduling, interview coordination, and candidate communication
• Partner with hiring managers to build role profiles and scorecards
• Run outbound sourcing campaigns for priority roles
• Track hiring progress and report weekly metrics to leadership

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in People Operations, Talent Coordination, or Recruiting
• Proactive ownership-oriented approach
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage many moving parts
• Familiarity with ATS platforms like Lever or Greenhouse

• Experience supporting both GTM and technical teams
