You'll be the bridge between Compliance, Legal, Risk, Product, Operations, and Engineering, turning regulatory needs into clear requirements. Your work ensures the bank operates within regulations across AML, KYC, and more. This role focuses on business analysis with system understanding to collaborate with engineers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Gather and translate business requirements from Compliance, Legal, and Operations.
• Decompose regulatory requirements into actionable product and process changes.
• Research and evaluate third-party solutions and prepare recommendations.
• Produce BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process diagrams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on scope and timelines.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst in fintech, banking, or regulated industry.
• Proven ability to document BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Basic system analysis skills to read API docs and work with engineers.
• Experience with process modeling (BPMN, UML, or similar).
• Experience with Jira and agile environments.
