You'll translate brand principles into compelling physical environments, partnering with Project Managers and consultants to deliver high-impact spaces. This role builds scalable standards supporting rapid international expansion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve Neko's physical design standards across EMEA

• Contribute to the Location Design Playbook

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in architecture or design management
• Strong creative design skills with high attention to detail
• Experience managing cross-disciplinary design teams and external consultants
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations across European markets

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
• Experience with project management tools
