You'll own the EMEA pipeline and revenue targets at Pylon, a B2B post-sales platform backed by a16z. As the first London hire, you'll personally close deals and build the team from scratch. This player-coach role lets you shape international expansion for a Series B company.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own EMEA pipeline and personal quota.
  • Hire and manage first EMEA AEs, CSMs, support engineers.
  • Adapt sales playbooks for European buyers.
  • Set up London office and local operations.
  • Be the voice of EMEA back to San Francisco.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5-10+ years selling B2B SaaS in EMEA.
  • Built a sales team from scratch (hired and managed).
  • Existing network in UK/EMEA tech ecosystem.
  • Based in London and willing to work in-person.
